My small story (1)

Well today I was having the courage to confess to someone [It is just a weird attempt haha]

So I texted to him through Facebook
"Hey I love you"
He replied like 2 seconds later and said: "Ok, what do you want? I thought I just bought your products last month..."

....


Then I said that I was serious about my words...
He asked me if my Facebook was hacked...
Oh... one minute of silent
No I hate you >____<

Define beauty please?

It is just one of those days when you sit down and think about beauty...
well beauty is like a desire for women
but why are you saying someone is beautiful?
Because they have Vline faceshape? big eyes? white skin? Flawless skin? High nose?
Oh well ... when I was reviewing about a whitening product, someone was commenting on it and asked me why would I want to be white?
Then I was complaining about my monolid ... and also some people was saying that it is beautiful... even though I do not see why it is...
Then I started to think again ... how can you define beauty?
Everyone has different opinion about it
But to be honest, I think just be yourself and do not be lazy when it comes to taking care of your beauty ... that is enough to make you look great... and the most important is ... your inner beauty :)

Truyện ngôn tình

Hồi bé mình chỉ thích đọc truyện tranh vì nó ít chữ mà nhiều hình hihihi. Tới hồi năm mình lên lớp 6 thì một lần đi ngang qua diễn đàn, có mục truyện chữ... tò mò nên ngồi đọc một truyện chữ ngắn. Thời ấy truyện tình cảm động sướt mướt ngắn gọn lắm, vẻn von 15-1 tiếng là hết rồi. Thế mình đọc xong một mảnh truyện nhỏ đấy, sướt mướt nhưng khá chân thật. Sau đó mình trở thành một fan của truyện chữ. Lúc này thì 'nội công' còn khá yếu nên không đủ kiên nhẫn để đọc mấy truyện ngôn tình dài hố sâu như bây giờ. Nhưng dần dần đọc truyện ngắn từ 15 phút đến vài tiếng rồi đến vài ngày... eo ôi bị tiêm nhiễm mất rồi.

Gần như mình toàn đọc truyện buồn mà thôi, trong khi đa số cô gái đọc truyện ngôn tình thì chỉ thích thể loại happy ending để mơ mộng. 

Đây là một số truyện tình ngắn mình đọc qua mà cảm thấy khá ấn tượng, những truyện tiểu thuyết online hot nhất hồi đấy của mình (các bạn có thể tham khảo nhưng chắc chắn không happy ending cho lắm đâu, cái nào happy mình sẽ ghi chú :P):

1. Lỡ tay chạm ngực con gái (èo ôi, tên nghe đáng sợ vậy thôi chứ .... không đen tối đâu nhá!)
2. Bông cúc nhỏ (nuốt đi bao nước mắt của mình, tình yêu và cuộc đời!)
3. Cho em một điếu thuốc (happy ending)
4. Hóa ra anh vẫn ở đây (happy ending)
5. Phải lấy người như anh (truyện việt nam, happy ending)
6. Phấn hoa lầu xanh 
7. Kiếp trước em là người chôn cất anh (2 quyển)
8. Người đàn bà bị bán
9. Xin lỗi em chỉ là con đĩ

Tới bây giờ thì theo trào lưu ngôn tình trung quốc sướt mướt hố sâu không đấy hihi, công nhận đọc hay. Nhưng truyện sad ending thì lại đau đớn tột cùng, happy thì giúp tỏa sáng ước mơ + chìm trong mơ mộng ;)) Đây là một số truyện ngôn tình dài dòng lê thê mình cảm thấy rất thích gần đây:

Sự quan trọng của kem chống nắng

Các bạn có biết bước đầu tiên quan trọng nhất trong việc chăm sóc da là PHẢI sử dụng kem chống nắng không?

Ánh nắng có chứa tia UVB and UVA làm hư tổn làn da một cách trầm trọng
Đáng coi trọng nhất là tia UVA bởi vì tia UVA sẽ thúc đẩy nhanh sự lão hóa của làn, làm cho da chảy xệ, nhăn nheo xấu xí !
Tác hại này sẽ không thấy  ngay được bây giờ mà phải một thời gian dài về sau bạn sẽ thấy nó độc ác thế nào

Cho dù bạn chăm sóc da kĩ đến đâu,, bạn đầu tư bao nhiêu tiền và thời gian thì cũng không thể cứu vãn được sự tổn thương mà tia mặt trời gây cho làn da bạn.
Vì thế việc tốt nhất bạn phải làm ngay từ bây giờ là phải sử dụng kem chống nắng ! liền ngay và lập tức !!

Những lợi ích mà mình có thể nghĩ tới khi dùng kem chống nắng là:

1. Chống bị đen xạm da (hê hê mình ghiền trắng trẻo lắm)
2. Làm chậm quá trình lão hóa da 
3. Có thể chống ung thư da
4. Ngăn ngừng những vết chấm nắng đồi mồi 
5. Giảm thiểu mụn

Tia nắng có thể làm cho da bạn bị mụn nặng hơn và lâu khỏi cho nên việc sử dụng thuốc trị mụn và kem chống nắng là những điều cơ bản nếu bạn muốn một làn da khỏe đẹp.

Khi chọn kem chống nắng, mình thường để ý 3 điều sau 

1. loại kem không gây cảm giác dầu mỡ và dính 
2. loại kem có SPF 50+
3. loại kem có PA ++++ hoặc có ghi là BroadSpectrum

Loại kem chống nắng có ghi SPF càng cao thì thời gian chống tia UVB càng lâu, với SPF 50+ bạn được bảo vệ khỏi tia UVB trên 8 tiếng đồng hồ

Loại kem chống nắng có ghi PA là chỉ định độ chống tia UVA (trên thị trường bây giờ, loại kem có ghi PA chỉ còn ở bên nhật vì bây giờ người ta dùng từ BroadSpectrum thay thế), bình thường thì kem có ghi PA càng nhiều dấu '+' thì càng tốt cho việc chống tia UVA. Hiện tại thì PA ++++ là cao nhất, nhưng bây giờ các loại kem chống nắng chỉ ghi BroadSpectrum thay vì ghi PA nên mình chỉ sử dụng kem chống nắng của nhật. Vì từ broadspectrum không nói lên được độ chống tia UVA của sản phẩm.

5. Mình nghĩ loại này rất tốt cho da bị mụn vì mình cảm thấy dùng loại này giúp ích được trong việc trị mụn , kết hợp với kem trị mụn thì làn da sẽ khỏe mạnh và tươi đẹp.

The important of sunscreen

The sun is a powerful enemy to our skin and beauty ( I always hate it when it comes to summer ... even though we get to wear more sexy clothes)

The UVB is just a minor concern because it does not cause damage to your skin as the UVA rays do. The UVA will cause you to get sunspot, potential skin cancer and it accelerate your skin aging. In the shorter run you will not be able to feel the 'pain' that UVA is causing you but in a longer run you will suffer the most. 

My primary concern before anything about beauty was SUNSCREEN

The most friendly tool for us of all time

No matter how much time and money you spent on nourishing your skin , it will be worthless in the longer run. Also to some people who are suffering acne, it is a must for you to use sunscreen because the sun will exacerbate your skin condition. 

So sunscreen is a MUST 

Some sunscreen benefits that I can think of:

1. Prevent you from getting dark (well most of Asian girl like us do not like dark skin! at all!)
2. Slow down skin aging
3. Potentially prevent skin cancer
4. Prevent sunspot 
5. Sooth acne skin 

I have tried and changed a lot of sunscreen overtime, mainly due to the oily and sticky feeling that some sunscreen 'offer'. When it becomes too oily, it will cause a horrible break out ... don't even want to talk about it.

So my tip for choosing a good sunscreen are:

1. non-oily and non-sticky 
2. SPF 50+
3. PA ++++ or BroadSpectrum

The higher the SPF the longer your sunscreen can fight UVB rays and now the maximum is 50+ so you would be able to stay away from UVB rays for roughly 8 hours +

PA is a Japanese measure of the effectiveness of a suncreen to fight UVA rays, this label was used long time before but now the official US sunscreen label is just BroadSpectrum ( I personally do not like this label because it does not give a good indication of how effective is the suncreen against UVA rays)

Therefore I prefer Japanese suncreen, they are still using PA label,  the most effective is PA ++++ which is the strongest in current market. I have tried several US sunscreen but I think they are very oily and sticky in summer time ( but I would recommend Neutrogena ultra sheer sunscreen, it is good enough for the price).

I best reference is always the Japanese sunscreen, the produce very nice sunscreen which is effective, non-oily, reasonable price and non-sticky.

6. I would recommend this for people who are suffering acne because I can feel that it has a little effect in healing acne.

Last month,  my face moisturisers all finished and I am kinda short on budget. Seriously my budget is quite tight this month because of insurance so I could not afford to buy department store face moisturisers...   Quite an interesting product i must say, I gave it a try ... 
  After 2-3 weeks, I see some improvement to my skin. It got softer and brighter. This works just like my department store product but the only thing is that it is a little bit oily for the first few hours but with the price i would not complain much. Overall i would rank this one 6.5/10
